Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped. Custom made Products are processed within 5-21 business days, depending on product and quantity.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
Typical delivery times:

U.S. Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking link to update.
Holiday Shipping
During peak seasons (November–December), processing and delivery times may be slightly longer due to carrier delays. December 17th is deadline for Holiday packages.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If the address is entered incorrectly and the order ships, we cannot guarantee delivery. If the package is returned to us, reshipping fees will apply.
